1) Protein interaction prediction with other proteins, peptides, and
small molecules based on protein modeling, particulary in relation to
Exd/Ubx transcription factors in Drosophilia melanogaster.
2) Statistical analysis of microarray data. Currently focusing on identifying
differentially expressed genes in multiple myeloma and osteoclast data
with Affymetrix chips and developing new methods with Nimblegen arrays
involving polyamides.
3) Creating biological networks of protein interaction based upon microarray
data utilizing software based upon methods in computer science.
